Not a Job, but a life in progress
Around the globe at any given time there are teams of engineers deployed to conflict zones such as Nigeria, Albania, Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Conflicted zones in need are usually war torn hot beds of faction fighting and unrest st told by so many shells and lives that dot these grounds. Also natural disaster hit villages and other impoverished neighborhood type ruins similar to Haiti require outside support to rebuild. These centrally located hotspots are always economically destitute without adequate resources such as skilled tradesmen, law enforcement, and or the proper tools to affect either role. These type of situations require a special type of outside support and help. This call is sometimes answered by foreign workers not concerned with making a buck.
Employed by non-profit humanitarian organizations, these expatriate workers put there lives on the line to offer everything they can, not just expertise, but all out hands on work. Just there presents alone presents a danger and many have lost there lives due to the dangers of a war zone and all that the assignment implies.Conflict Zone Engineer However present the inherent danger is, the virtues common to those drawn to the streets of a war torn neighborhood, or village that lay in ruin, see no value in helping them self when they have the ability to help the many.
My dream is to provide, similar, critical assistance to impoverished areas around the globe in the form of humanitarian aid; specializing in community infrastructure design, maintenance, and repair. My mission perimeters will be as follows: To be where needed, doing what is needed, until a proper solution has been reached. I will specialize in specific solar energy system designs, taking into account the available resources of the community, based on my personal design platform and life's work. The major goal of these designs will be to offer families a permanent solution to the ongoing problem of corporate dependence for everyday life. My assistance will not accept corporate compensation nor contribution. There will be no bureaucratic red tape or strings attached. Moreover my effort will be directed where I see fit, as truly needed without the hindrance of third party time tables or governmental oversight.
